Арендовали машину в GreenMoution в аэропорту Корфу через агрегатора.
Стоимость аренды списали сразу ещё в Москве. При оформлении в пункте проката ничего доплачивать не пришлось. Пытались ненавязчиво впарить полную страховку, но оказались достаточно восприимчивы к твердому «нет» и быстро отстали. Контракт оформляли, как и у других прокатчиков, долго и нудно. К этому я уже привык и был готов потерять 30-40 минут на оформление.
Менеджерам всех этих херцов, ависов, гринмоушинов и прочих — следует устроить мастер-класс в аэропорту Платов Ростова-на Дону. Тот уровень сервиса, с которым я столкнулся в Ростове в этом году, для меня теперь является эталоном и европейскими и африканскими офисами международных прокатных компаний недостижим. Речь идет, конечно, только о получении машины в аэропорту, и не относится к ситуации, когда тебе привозят машину в отель и просто отдают от неё ключи.
Передача машины: получили новенькую серебристую шкоду фабиа с пробегом около 5 000 км. Несмотря на маленький пробег, машина оказалась покоцанная вся по кругу. Я никогда ещё не сталкивался с таким скрупулезным заполнением карты осмотра менеджером. На карту были нанесены все царапины и мелкие коцки (их оказалось около 2-ух десятков). Это нас и спасло, когда в последний день отпуска, после того как мы уже подготовили машину к сдаче, чтобы с утра ехать в аэропорт: заполнили полный бак, выкинули все чеки об оплате платных дорог и билеты на паром — прямо на наших глазах на стоянке супермаркета старенький дедушка-грек на своем рыдване со всей дури въехал в нашу машину.
Ещё нас спасло то, что на улице было +35. Дед отъехал и бампер отпружинил назад. На нем, конечно, осталась вмятина, но если бы это случилось московской зимой бамперу, конечно, была бы хана. Прямо над вмятиной был синий след от другого автомобиля. Дед вылез, увидел след, сказал, «У вас тут уже было повреждение, оставленное другой машиной, посмотрите, мой бампер черный», и свалил.
Мы достали карту осмотра и с облегчением убедились, что прямо в том месте, куда въехал дед, на бампере уже отмечено повреждение. Некоторые опасения ещё оставались, но вчера они полностью развеялись, когда на кредитную карту вернулась полная сумма заблокированного депозита.
Теперь ещё один плюс в карму GreenMoution. В правилах аренды за проезд на пароме требовалось заплатить 60 с лишним евро за оба конца, однако узнать об этом можно было только после оплаты контракта, так как на сайте об этом ограничении ничего не говорилось.
Я не люблю эти мелкие подлости, поэтому оставил за собой полное моральное право не следовать этим правилам.
При желании прокатная контора могла элементарно вычислить, даже без GPS-трекера, что мы ездили на материк и пользовались паромом. Просто по пробегу. Сам остров, где мы брали машину в прокат, 60 х 20 км. и чисто физически наездить на нем столько, сколько мы наездили с учетом материковой Греции, невозможно, если не таксовать, конечно.
Но улик мы не оставили. Все укромные места автомобиля были проверены на предмет чеков на АЗС и пунктов оплаты дорог, а также паромных компаний.
В итоге всё закончилось хорошо, в GreenMoution можно арендовать!
P.S. При возврате машины в аэропорту осмотра не было (было 05:00 утра), просто бросил ключи в ящик на стойке.

Есть опыт с green motion в Амстердаме.
Также смотрел машины через rentalcars, нашел самое выгодное предложение, нажал забронировать, деньги с карты списались, а потом стал разбираться))
Наткнулся на негативные отзывы, стал читать правила аренды, местонахождение и так далее. Всё этотнапугало, решил отменить бронирование — штраф за отмену — стоимость трехдневного проката. Ну думаю, попал. Ладно, поднял забрало и поехал брать тачку в прокат.
1) Местоположение. Все прокатные конторы назодятся в ажропорту, эта в 15 минутах езды от ажропорта в отеле Ibis.
2) навязали дополнительное покрытие +50 евро
3) собрадся ехать в Бельгию — пересечение границы + 25 евро
4) внимание депозит !!! Заблокировали на карте 1100 евро — будьте готовы
В итоге все эти приколы сравняли в цене предложение sixt, hertz и прочие топовые компании, просто больше заморочек. Но ребята молодцы, маркетинг работает, клиент идет на дешевую цену.
Машину дали ту, которую заказывал — Yaris гибридный, на удивление приятный автомобиль, со встроенной навигацией, камерой и пр.
взял ключи, пошел осматривать машину, увидел потертости на колпаке — позвал чувака. Ониговорит что это ерунда, для них это не damage , езжай мол.
Благо я был напуган вашими отзывами и заставил внести это в контракт.
При возвращении новый менеджер принимает машину. Говорит вы закосячили колпак, будем вынуждены высчитать. Я говорю так было до. Она смотрит в системе — этот черт не внес отметку в программу. И я как назло потерял свою копию контракта. Через 20 минут поисков — нашел, показал ей, она согласилась и отпустила. Через пять минут вернулся депозит.
В итоге все без происшествий и без обмана.
Урок: ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ОСМАТРИВАЙТЕ МАШИНУ И ВНОСИТЕ ВСЕ КОСЯКИ В АКТ ОСМОТРА.

Против: Находится в месте адрес которого нет на онлайн картах, не доехать на общественном транспорте. Произвел 2 звонка пока искал офис, на вызов не ответили, из-за длительного ожидания ответа потратил много денег на звонок в роуминге. Мало объясняли за что нужно расписываться.

Anyone heard of them?
I booked through economycarrentals.com and they gave me this one, Green Motion car rental. Never heard of them. It seems they base in UK and just started in US, only in 4 locations in Florida.
Any experience?

Not a good company- Make sure you look to see what company Priceline assigns you when you bundle. They do not take all insurance- you will have to buy insurance through them and the insurance company that they do take- you have to have a minimum coverage that they set. They over-charge you for a Toll pass. This is NOT a good company- The cars are worn-seats dirty, dents and scratches- make sure you take your pictures..very sketchy company- Don’t be fooled by the low price-they will try to upcharge you on everything. Better yet, call before you decide to rent-

Horrible experience, shuttle was dirty, staff was plain and simple not serving people as they sat in front of a busy line of other frustrated people. There is no way I will be renting from you again
This is all on top of last second refusing to allow any insurance other than their own even when they explicitly state they cover car rentals in the US causing the car rental to cost us more than the flight and hotel combined. It’s not a question of amount, I showed 3 insurance policies that each say they cover $2M in liability EACH for a base mustang. Complete scam and I would’ve never rented in the first place if instead of burying it in fine print on a piece of paper at the rental location they had just said that as I was booking

DO NOT ever rent from this company!!! They will rip you off because they don’t accept most insurance and they put a $2,000 hold on your card!! Do not use!!!

Booked a car rental on Expedia and then when arrived even though we showed we had full covereage auto policies through Safeco and Nationwide (with documents) they said they did not take Safeco (even though it is Liberty Mutual and they accepted Liberty Mutual) and that what we had with Nationwide was not adequate and in order to continue on and make connections were required to purchase additional car insurance at the counter. They also told us we would receive credit for our personal auto policy and would only be charged an additional fee and then we were billed $107 additional on top of the Expedia booking just for additional insurance for 3 days even though we had two auto policies with full coverage insurance. On top of that the itemized receipt for the insurance was one amount and then they billed our credit card another amount with an additional $20 that is not itemized and said it was for taxes when taxes were itemized on the receipt. So double taxed? When we returned the car we observed another man arguing with the counter and going through the same thing and an additonal woman had just gone through it and refused and was taking a shuttle back to the airport to rent a car from someone else. They are clearly putting one thing online with Expedia and then gouging customers upon arrival when they are at their mercy if they have connections to meet. There is no transparancy and we did not have any problems like this when we rented from Easyrent in Tampa before. When we contacted them upon completing travel they said we signed so it stands and would do nothing. They also would not let us speak to a manager. Do not rent from this car rental business, they are scamming customers.

Be aware and choose a different company! We booked a convertible to be picked up at Miami Airport through Expedia. Completed the on-line check in and provided our flight information (landing at 8:50pm) and confirmed our (paid in full) reservation and insurance. Upon arrival there was no greenmotion at the airport to pick us up as they mentioned in the directions, we attempted several times to contact Greenmotion by phone, no recorded message, the call just goes to hold music indefinitely, we found out that they close at 8pm. Yes, no car and nobody to answer our calls. After waiting and trying to call for 2 hours, we booked an off-the-counter new rental with Sixt, who were VERY accommodating and gave us a small discount considering our situation. Long story short, Green Motion marked us as ‘no show’ when Expedia (who we booked with) were finally able to contact them the next morning. They said that they would not refund any of the money, since we did not purchase cancellation. This is outrageous; they knew that we were arriving after 8pm, and they accepted our reservation without saying that they would be closed at that time.
They offer better prices online, but that ended up very expensive and stressful for us!

GREEN MOTION RENTER A CAR IN MIAMI JUST RIPPED US OFF. We booked a rental care from Green Motion. They had no office at the airport so we took the free shuttle to the office. The driver drove like he was on a raceway, very dangerous. When we arrived at the rental counter we were told our $250. That we already paid to Expedia was without insurance, we gave the guy our insurance card but he refused it. He needed the policy decision. I called my insurance agent and they sent me a copy, Green Montion renter car in Miami and refused it again. That said I needed $300. Property damage not $100,000. So if we canceled the reservation they would not take us back to the airport and we would not be refunded the S250. We said $508.00, for 4 day rental that we should have paid $ 250. They also charge 3.9% on cradit card transaction. We paid cash $520. Waiting for our change, they said they didn’t do change. Do not ever Rent from GREEN MOTION RENT A CARE IN MIAMI FL, THEY ARE A RIPOFF. One of the workers told us they do this because they know that we are from out of state because of our Drivers license and we are stuck. Average cost for a taxi back to the airport is $55.00 we had no choice but to rent from them.
