Pathetic service and zero accountability!

I had the worst experience with For Less Online Store. I ordered a pair of shoes, but had a size issue. I returned them in perfect condition—but just because I tried them on, they refused to issue a refund.

What’s worse? They didn’t even bother to inform me. For almost a month, I kept calling. Every time, I was told, “You’ll get your refund in 15 working days.” This happened at least five times.

Finally, after over 20 days of chasing, they casually told me I’m not eligible for a refund—something they had apparently decided long ago! So why mislead me with false promises and waste my time?

And just when I thought it was over, they asked me to confirm a store location to resend the shoes for collection. I did—but it’s been two weeks with no update. No message, no tracking. I’m guessing I’ll have to call them another five times just to track my own order.

Unprofessional, careless, and misleading. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Avoid this store at all costs.

Not a customer centric attitude

I purchase an item 15 days ago, and I know the policy said 14 days to exchange, I asked for an exception but the lady in charged refused and was really rude to me, her name is Katrina
But the very professional branch manager he solve me issue , I spend 30 mins to know how is in charge to give an exception and call the customer service in order to navigate to the right person as Miss Katrina made it very personal as she said no and she doesn’t want to change her mind for anything, really the opposite of customer centric spirit

I tried to message them to follow-up every single day for my order. But still they didn’t deliver. Even their logistics department never called or any driver. I tried to call as much as i can. And they are not answering. Its very unethical way of handling they customer satisfactions. If there will be 0 rate, i will give 0.

Online purchase

I had a very bad experience when I purchased an item online and the amount was deducted and I did not receive any confirmation. I have sent an email to explain the problem, Brand for less customer service has replied to me by saying that there was no purchase due to technical issue and the refund process will take 14 days to be back on my account which is not acceptable. I have asked them to be called by the manager. Nobody called me or even apologise. I do not advice anybody to purchase through Brand for less online because its fraud website and they will take your money and u will not get anything from them.

Poor Management and Unwelcoming Environment at Brands for less RAK

I recently visited Brands For Less at RAK and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff, particularly the manager, lacked professionalism and customer service skills.
The manager, a lady named Janice with a name badge, was unhelpful and dismissive when I approached her with a question about a product. Instead of providing assistance, she seemed disinterested and brushed off my concerns. Her attitude was not only off-putting but also reflected poorly on the store as a whole.
Overall, my experience at Brands For Less was incredibly disappointing, largely due to the unprofessionalism of the manager and the overall lack of care for customer satisfaction. Also lot many staff members were sneezing and coughing, being without masks while being sick. When i asked a staff why she was not taking sick leave, she mentioned that the manager won’t pay for sick leave and that she would not approve for the sick leave unless its very serious as per her,
It’s evident that the store manager, Janice, prioritizes profit over the well-being of their employees and the satisfaction of customers. Firstly, it’s concerning to witness a manager who refuses to allow their employees to take sick leave when needed. This not only puts undue pressure on the staff but also risks the health and safety of both employees and customers. It’s unacceptable to prioritize productivity over the health of individuals.
I will not be returning and would caution others against visiting RAK store until significant improvements are made.

Return / Exchange Policy not applicable

i have requested a return/exchange request for my online order and they didn’t follow their policy to send me courier to pick up my items within their mentioned 5 days policy! almost for now 2 weeks passed on my request and even after several calls and follow up … still no action has been taken!
This is very bad service and worst customer experience after sales.

Retention of the real customer and Fail to rectify real and fake complaints

It’s important for any business to understand the what to chase away and what not to.

I am buying from the brand for less since several years and never really needed to do return or exchange until today.

You learn about someone when you get to know their bad side and that’s I learn today .

Left with wounded feet’s due to the wrong size tags on the shoes and I decided to gave them shoes with no return since Marina branch Incharge try to make feel thief by saying. I am not a 1st customer who’s doing this and, raising questions by commenting “ why did I only realize wrong size after wearing it in the street.”

I would like to clear that shoes was not damage from any side as per their policy and had proven defect which I can assure the wrong tag as my feet got damage just by barely 100 yards steps and I had to take them off and walk back home with bare foot.

So, I felt so bad I left the shoes to the counter with no return or anything.

If anyone would like to reach me out for the details for the sale of improving their business please do it otherwise don’t bother.

For sure never going back though.

I’m shopping there for the past 3 years I’m a regular customer and lately the customer service is getting worse.
If you ask staff there about something they don’t bother helping or the go and never come back specially the ladies or they answer with an attitude even speaking to the supervisor is not worth it as I get same answer .
There should be some looking into it
I don’t think I would go again there
I highly don’t recommend it

HOT DANGEROUS ATMOSPHERE

At 10 PM, they intentionally turned off all the air conditioning units in the shop to create an uncomfortably hot environment, possibly prompting customers to leave earlier. It’s now 11 PM, and I find myself at the counter, waiting for customers to complete their purchases. The heat is causing me to contemplate tossing the items I bought onto the floor without paying, and I have an urge to quickly exit the premises. The absence of air conditioning and the current hot conditions have intensified my feelings. With the ongoing pandemic, the combination of humid, hot air might contribute to the spread of the virus. Being in this place feels hazardous and unsafe.

This is with regards to sahara mall brands for less but I guess they all do the same

Wrong SIZE

I ordered a jacket with XL size and they sent me a 2XL size jacket which is extremely large … After informing the customer service , they informed me that they gave me a CORRECT item which is completely ridiculous!! Seriously ? XL and 2XL are the same??? I sent the photos of the item to confirm the size category that was delivered to me , it’s so clear , they sent me “2 XL” size instead of “XL” . I sent them the difference between the measurement of XL and 2XL to prove that they did not send the CORRECT item!!!! What kind of customer service is this? And I believe they have lack of trainings because obviously, they are not even aware nor knowledgeable enough about size categories! It’s totally disappointing and frustrating at the same time , it’s been 9 days now and no progress at all! They kept on insisting that’s the CORRECT item!!!!! Worstttt service ever!!!!

Exchange /return items

Just sharing my experience that I had recently in some of the branches and this is not about giving you a bad impressions about the items, prices or quality but it is a disappointing experience for not letting me to do an exchange/return as the item still in good condition not even torned,ripped or crumpled which the only reason of exchanging it is a got the same as gift. also the store incharge refused and ask to call the customer service which I did but 1 of the representative seems don’t understand and compromise to call me back once she get the approval from her/his supervisor and I was waiting for about 30 mins but I haven’t receive a call back or email since I was already at the store and I don’t want to comeback just to do the exchange again and was hoping for exceptional since am a regular customer and this was the first happened.

Suitcase broke after first flight but no refund

I bought a Cavalli suitcase two weeks before my flight, the suitcase did not even last the first flight and cracked. When I approached brands for less they responded that they do not refund after two weeks anymore.. Very poor service and very poor quality product.

Shoes no price + reservation

I Went to motor city branch , did shopping and at the end went to the cashier to pay , 1 of my items ( shoes ) was without price. They ask me if they can keep the shoes for the next day till they check the price and I accept. They took my number and my name and they told me its reserved for you just will check the price and will let you know tomorrow. The next day no one called, at the end of the day I called them and here it was the issue : NO ONE KNOW WHERE’S THE SHOES . They check and didn’t find the shoes so they told me its maybe sold .
I didn’t understand from the first why a customer should choose an item and can’t take it because without price ? Than you reserve an item for you customer and you sell it ?
I’m a loyal customer , but i’m so sad to say thats a shame ! Such an unprofessional company and staff !

The worst online services

Keeping aside that the staff on ground at the outlets are super professional and helpful, the worst nightmare ever on online trading you will face if you decide to buy online. Imagine that 7 month in a ping-pong emails with them to solve my user name and password issue and it didn’t solved till I visit the branch and use my wife mobile number instead of mine. And once I placed my first order my nightmare start .

Worst online experience and payment process

We placed an online order that went through the bank and was transferred to their account, Their customer service team informed us that the bank had a process problem which turned out to be false after we called the bank. They expect from their customers to pay twice for the same items and wait for the refund on the first payment to be done. In 2023 In a smart country like UAE, any online business who faces internal payments problems should be responsible for refunding immediately customers money. otherwise they will be reviewed an untrustworthy and unprofessional.

Staff with attitude

We went yesterday in Brands for less Motor city and when we were in a counter the staff named Krenna was the one on the cashier desk who assisted us rudely since we are requested some of the items to be in separate plastic bags she got irritated with that request and her face change like we are bothering her. We felt discriminated as well, very poor customer service. We are working in the customer service industry as well and we know how to treat our customer properly but for her she shouldn’t be working with her attitude. We requested someone to replace her to assist us from the branch manager and when we were leaving she has still the audacity to talk back to us and say these words ” I DON’T CARE ABOUT THEM!” Which I clearly heard. I was really furious with this but I left peacefully with the thought I will let it to be handled by management. So I am writing and hoping that an action will be taken for this disappointing experience.

Loyalty point

Visited Shindhaga branch recently. Was unable to redeem Loyalty points because of an error in the system. The staff tried but could not reach anyone for technical support, I just assumed that was what the staff was trying to do. Had to wait for some time but in the end was still unable to redeem. Used the app to raise my concern but was asked for my phone number only. Details were shared when logging in and downloading the app hence my suspicion that this is an outsourced helpline. So didn’t bother to proceed… Train your staff to be more compassionate instead of being dismissive. A genuine show of concern and compassion goes a long way in handling inconvenienced customers.

BAD SERVICE of Staff

I had a very bad experience when I went to your shop in Motor City. I plan to buy things for my kitchen in muy mucho. I asked a staff there who was standing near me to assist me but he didn’t do it. He called someone else to assist me? Is this the staff you are hiring? It would be ok if he was busy but just standing and watching. he doesn’t know how to offer and give good service to your customer. And there’s more I asked him if you have an ongoing promotion but he answered NO. Nakheel mall branch visual merchandise

I have been buying from brands for less at least daily as anytime I pass by the super market I have to check it out. I buy invoices of 70 to 100 piece and send to my family and friends to make them happy.

For the past 4 to 5 months the display of the items became really weird. Uncomfortable, unfriendly, and not easy to shop. I looks messy and unorganized.

Everything is just blending together and probably for the past 5 month I haven’t bought anything:

Today I passed by as I am going for Holliday and I am used to get extra language Bcs I know I will buy everything at brands for less, but Unfortunately I was unable to choose anything. I dunno where is the long sleeve dressed or short sleeve mixed with jackets and suddenly skirts and just insane display.

I am not sure about your new strategy but really really it’s not working. I have asked few Neighbors and they agreed of the same.

Kindly can you reconsider make it easy for us and keep things simple and easy to read. We got used to certain and now it’s just a mess.

Received shoes,ordered online for cash payment. Shoes arrived, glue marl all over them. Felts fake, or defected. Requested return, as per them they can’t return my money because it was cash on delivery. They offered points on the app or the vaucher instead of money.

Bought Diesel denim shirt for men and Diesel polo Tshirt. They arrived. They were fake. Diesel store didn’t approve that those clothes were made under Diesel manufacturers. Means, they wete fake, denim shirt lost shape in 20 days, they found an excuse saying that the denim lost it’s shape because I might have used different varieties of Chemicals, whaaaat? Am I a Chemist? 3 times machine wash with Ariel powder. That’s it, polo tshirt had different sizes on two sleeves. Fake

Tommy Himfiger Cardigan jacket lost it’s shape in less than a month. Elbow side of sleeves became so loose that I can’t just wear it any more, looks so cheap and ugly on me. Shortly it was Fake.

BAD SERVICE of One Staff

I came from MOTOR CITY Brand for less to buy some staff. But I was surprised by a staff or in charge there at MUY MUCHO who was very arrogant. I ask for help and tell me the advantage of the product I’m asking about but he just steps out and never say anything ” very rude ” . I ask the staff what is the name of that guy, named “MARLONE”, he is not deserved to work in this kind of job. He never gave a good satisfaction of the customer. I was so thankful to the other guy who assisted me his name is Brayan and gave me a very good service. He knows how to speak Arabic and he can understand as well. I hope this type of staff will give appreciation and award for being productive, friendly and hardworking like him.

I went to their branch in motor city with one stuff attending me on a late night. She looks tired and helpless, then i ask her is there something bothering her? She replied she been working more than 14 hours for 3 days now and she had to work again for another 14 hours the next day. Customer service, not the product itself – impatient and rude cashier

Shopped at Brands For Less in DFC. My cousin was paying beside me. The cashier attending to him asked if he downloaded the app and he said no. Witnessing this, I immediately tried to download mine, but my phone was disconnected. The cashier attending my cousin asked if I already signed up. I said no. She said it’ll take time because I need to fill in the details like my name etc. I said I’ll just sign in using Facebook so it would automatically fill in my info, but she told the cashier attending to me that she already punched my cousin’s order and to not bother with me anymore because I haven’t signed up yet. I asked to wait because there’s just no internet connection, but I was dismissed. So I just said to the cashier attending to me that it’s fine. There was a long queue and I got the impression that the other cashier didn’t have the patience to wait. Why ask if I won’t even be given the chance? It was also rude to talk to each other about the customer with them standing right in front of you and to just dismiss them when they didn’t do anything wrong. She asked, I was trying my best to sign in, it’s not my fault there are still a lot of customers waiting. She might be tired, but it’s her job. Never once did I talk to her in a rude way and she wasn’t even the one punching the items I bought. I get that there’s a long queue and perhaps she doesn’t wanna take too long, but the attitude was really upsetting and overall not a pleasant experience. Very inconsiderate and rude. It really hurt my feelings.

I did an on line purchase . Money taken then day before delivery they dont have and cancel item. The money they say will be 7 to 10 days to return. If i cancel then ok. Yet they cancelled due to no stock. Which again is strange seeing they use pos and online line management inventory

I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INFORM THEM ABOUT IT AS SOON AS I RECEIVED THE DEFECTIVE ITEM YET NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE! VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AS IF THEY WANTED TO TELL YOU TO SUCK THIS UP & WE GAVE THIS TO YOU SO WE DON’T CARE IF WE GAVE YOU A DEFECTIVE ITEM AS LONG AS WE SOLD IT! Missing Accessory of Lacoste dress

I bought a Lacoste dress, but unfortunately the belt is missing and not included in the delivery. I reported immediately to their customer service and they informed me they will investigate it, and they will get back to me. After one week no one from their end to give an update unless you follow up and it’s so disappointing still under investigation. I ignore it, and they informed me again that they will keep me informed. Again 2 weeks past no text nor email and calls from their customer service (Vivian and Christine), I immediately irritated the way they treat and handle their customer, they knew that I am upset, but instead of comforting or ease the irritation that I feel she started the flame. After 2 weeks of waiting they will informed you that the item now is out of stock and they can offer you a solution is to return and refund the item. I just pissed off immediately. I checked their website and I found out that they have stock of 5pcs of XXS same dress, I requested if they can give me the belt since it is the missing piece from their delivery and she said they cannot do that. Oh so ridiculous scapegoat! I told her why you delivered the dress without the belt since you knew that you don’t have a stock. She can’t answered my question instead she make an alibi that the supplier deliver the item without the belt itself. I replied to her don’t make me stupid and fool, I know you have a quality control and checker and this issue of missing item can control and immediately reported to the supplier because you have a staff to do the job. At the end of discussion she said she seek approval from their management to give me a discount and I immediately replied to her, please do it now, I paid the whole item, but I received incomplete. She promised again that she will get back to me and give me a call or whatsapp. Let see how many days and week do I need to wait again.
If this the kind of customer service they trying to portray how horrible they are. They make you fool and idiot.

Buy three itens and didn’t receive anything

I bought three itens in this store online, one short, one tank top and one sleepwear, NOTHING came, is already one week, I send messages for them in the online store and they say it was a misunderstanding of a number… So they say it will be in a place to pick up, I went to the place to pick up the products, guess what?! IT WASN’T THERE!!! Seriously, horrible, if it’s a mistake FIX IT! it’s not my mistake, now I don’t have the clothes and the money… Think twice to bought something online 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 in the physical store never had a problem but anyway I just want my money back because I don’t want to buy nothing from there anymore

Rude customer service

Bad customer service,rude and not polite, specifically christel not helpful and rude.
Delayed delivery and incorrect sizes.
I ordered jeans size 6 and when I received with a delay of 3 or 4 days,it was size 8.I send to custmor service the size and evry think proofing that the jeans which I received was size 8 but my big shock was when she tried to convince me that this jeans is size 6

Fake, and still expensive

I’ve bought many high branded clothes from them, Diesel jean shirt, Tommy Hilfiger Cardigan. The funny part is, both clothes lost their shape in 1 month. I called them, send them proof pictures on email, what was their reply?! Funny, due to many type of Chemicals I used, clothes lost their shape😂. What the Duck??? What kind of chemicals, am I having a labaratory? I used Ariel powder only 1 time to wash them.

Okay, but how it can be? Diesel and Tommy Hilfiger brands are high qualified brands. People have worn their products over 3-5 years. How many times they was those clothes in 3-5 years. But for me it took only one wash.

Phuck them, they are uneducated, unprofessional people who work in Brands for Less.

Not brands for less anymore

I was once a happy customer of this shop,(since 2013), i buy both from online and store, their prices was then very good since its like out of season if not pull out from US shopping giant Macys, till i think they mixed with local brands and cheap brands were the price is a little less, then the branded ones became like almost the same from its original tag price. As for customer service, i used to salute their team, they were more cooperative and polite, but now they became as big head or the success of this company seems absorbed by the agents..no sense of customer care but arrogant specially the male agent named Gian.
As for ten shop, they displays many damage items and, hanged clothes are too tight to move from the rack and just recently, they sell fakes guess brands. I bought twice from online too and return them as i was skeptical to its authenticity after I saw those fake pieces from their shop. Nonetheless, its a good shop to find best buys.. by chance.

Shoes

Bought a shoe size 42 In color grey, however that was not my initial color choice. But after visiting and the store for almost 2 weeks and constantly checking online, I could never find my choice of color (white). So finally I decided to go with a grey on size 42 and previously to that a week before I had bought another shoe of size 42 nD I did try it on nD it was fine and gifted it to my friend. And I wanted to get 2 more for myself. But after constant disappointment for either not finding the size or color, I just decided to go with whatever was available. So I knw my size is 42 and I quickly try the grey one and immediately purchased nD left. However unfortunate for me within 2 days I realized that the size is not right or something is not right with the shoe coz it was hurting my feet within 20 minutes of wearing it (the reason I wore it for 2 days is coz I was under the impression tht it is new so hence the stiffness, so if I walk around in the shoe it might loosen up but it dint). So I go back to store and try to get an exchange for a bigger size or new color. But this rude, ridiculous, bullshiting lady at the counter says we cannot take it coz it’s used. I said ofcourse I used it for 2 days nD my feet hurts nD u guys have exchange policy of 14 days. I mean I can understand u guys are cheapos tht forsure won’t ever refund even if it’s like 50 bucks. but can’t even exchange for another size? U guys are ridiculous. So she says it’s dirty so I take it up and cleaned it the best I could. Now this stupid ass lady, brainless scanning machine picks up a brand new shoe and shows the bottom of it and tells me it should look exactly like this. I could see right through her bullshit. I mean like I said if u want to keep my 90 bucks keep it.. but don’t assume everyone is brainless donkey like you are. So I had to throw the shoe and walk away. Even if it was 500 bucks shoe I still wud have done the same.coz there somethings money can’t buy. So thank you and no thank you. Keep the money and keep the shoe. Keep looting everyone hard earned money. F’ ya all and have nice day. Never again Brands for less coz then when it’s cheap the quality is cheap, the service is cheap and most definitely the front staffs cheap too.
