really

hate
buying
counterfeit
goods
as
it
destroys
the
entire
sector
of
the
fashion
industry
moreover
in
a
country
like
Dubai

disappointing

Balmain

Mall.

was
really
excited
to
shop
there,
but
I
quickly
realized
that
many
of
the
items
seemed

questionable
authenticity.
I

up
wasting
thousands

poun
on
products
that
didn’t
meet
my
expectations
and
were
FAKE.

I
strongly
advise
against
purchasing
from
this
store.
It’s
not
worth
the
risk

buying
fake
items,
and
there
are
plenty
of
other
reputable
brands
in
Dubai
Mall
where
you
can
spend
your
money
wisely.

never
would
have
thought
I’d
get
scammed
in
a
counterfeit
shop
within
such
a
reputable
shopping
center.
I
discovered
the
deception
upon
my
return
to
Canada,
after
customs
seized
the
clothing
I
had
purchased
at
Dubai
Mall.
After
contacting
the
store’s
management,
they
asked
me
to
return
the
garment
in
order
to
get
a
refund.
But
since
the
item
was
seized,
I
lost
my
money
and,
more
importantly,
the
trust
I
had
when
choosing
this
mall
for
shopping.
It’s
a
shame
that
Dubai
Mall’s
administration
allows
a
Chinese
store
to
sell
counterfeit
goods
in
a
place
showcasing
the
best
of
French
fashion.
Very
disappointing
experience.

I
bought
a
pair
of
sandals
at
the
Balmain
boutique
in
Dubai
Mall.
Within
just
three
days
of
purchase,
they
have
shown
significant
quality
defects
that
are
completely
unacceptable
for
a
product
in
this
price
range
and
for
a
brand
that
claims
to
represent
luxury
and
high
standards.

Despite
multiple
attempts
to
contact
customer
service,
no
adequate
solution
has
been
provided.
The
phone
discussions
have
been
frustrating,
characterized
by
delays,
a
lack
of
customer-oriented
service,
and
evasive
responses.
It
is
entirely
unacceptable
that
a
luxury
brand,
which
prides
itself
on
exclusivity
and
quality,
sells
visibly
defective
products
and
then
refuses
to
take
full
responsibility.

I
am
currently
staying
at
Five
Palm,
Dubai,
and
I
find
it
unreasonable
to
expect
me
to
return
to
the
boutique
in
person
to
enforce
my
rightful
claim.
Since
this
is
clearly
a
case
of
a
defective
product,
I
hereby
demand,
in
accordance
with
consumer
protection
laws,
either:
1. A
full
refund
of
the
purchase
price,
or
2. An
immediate
exchange
for
a
defect-free
pair
of
sandals
of
equal
or
superior
quality.

Should
a
satisfactory
resolution
not
be
provided
within
a
reasonable
time
frame,
I
will
have
no
choice
but
to
escalate
this
matter
to
the
relevant
consumer
protection
authorities
and,
if
necessary,
my
legal
counsel.

A
company
that
markets
itself
as
a
luxury
brand
should
not
only
offer
premium
products
but
also
customer
service
that
reflects
those
standards.
I
therefore
expect
an
immediate
response
with
an
acceptable
resolution.

Until
this
matter
is
resolved
appropriately,
I
cannot
recommend
Balmain
Dubai
Mall.
